All fulfilled wishes come with responsibility. Please see the artists' collective terms of service, which you must agree to, should you be selected:

  • Artists' works must always be credited where used.

  • Artists' works must not be traced, used for AI/machine learning, or NFT/blockchain distribution.

  • Artists retain the IP and commercial right to use commissioned works for self-promotion, merchandise, supporter rewards, and to work on said works during public livestreams.

  • When submitting reference designs in your application, please make sure you have permission of the original artist(s) to use their work commercially beforehand.

  • For the purposes of reviewing applications, those with character designs ready will be given preference.

  • 3D model comes with commercial licensing, of which you can make derivative works and produce merchandise based on said design.

  • All other artworks provided come with partial-commercial licensing, in which you may use all works on monetized social media, but may not use the works for merchandise unless a complete-commercial license is purchased.

  • Please do not apply unless you are willing to commit to the feedback process during the current Starfall (projected February-May 2025).

  • You are not permitted to resell provided works, should you feel disconnected with your brand package. Instead, you must inform the team so we can redistribute the package.
